WHAT THE CLASSES ARE...
CROSSFIT: Constantly varied functional fitness. Suitable for everyone. Every day is a different - just turn up and workout for 1 hour with the CrossFit community!
CROSSFIT AGES 5-10 AND 11-15: As with all CrossFit classes, the sessions are designed to incorporate children of all fitness levels so that each child feels welcome & successful. Hard work and active play are disguised into age-appropriate FUN & GAMES in the hope of developing a lifelong love of fitness. The programme will also teach children how to move correctly, benefiting other sports they may play, as well as build confidence and team skills. Book your kids in to try it!
PHOENIX MOBILITY: Our phoenix mobility class is designed to help you rise from the ashes and achieve grace and virtue in your body and your movements! A mobility, stability and stretching session.
BARBELL CLUB: Advanced Olympic lifting class for experienced athletes who have trained with us for at least 3 months and are familiar with Olympic lifting techniques.
OPEN GYM: Uncoached session for you to run your own workout. For experienced members only.
