WHAT THE CLASSES ARE...

  • CROSSFIT: Constantly varied functional fitness​. Suitable for everyone. Every day is a different - just turn up and workout for 1 hour with the CrossFit community!

  • PHOENIX MOBILITY: Our phoenix mobility class is designed to help you rise from the ashes and achieve grace and virtue in your body and your movements! A mobility, stability and stretching session.
  • BARBELL CLUB: Advanced Olympic lifting class for experienced athletes who have trained with us for at least 6 months and are familiar with Olympic lifting techniques.

  • GYMNASTICS:Mondays is for Advanced skills, to get the most from it you should be able to do a strict pull up and hand stand hold. If you're not quite there yet we have you covered on Thursday with our Beginners class. Each session will focus on drills to build strength, technique, and progressions, followed by a short WOD to put those skills into action.

  • OPEN GYM: Uncoached session for you to run your own workout. For experienced members only.

  • CF KIDS 4-12: A class with a maximum of 08 kids, consisting of 45 minutes sessions of active play through age appropriate fun and games with an expert kids coach! These classes are a great way for your kid to make new friends, try new things and build their confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
    • Dragons: Age 4 - 7
    Tuesday 4:15 PM; Sunday 10.30 AM
    • Ninjas: Age 8 - 12
    Thursday 4:15 PM; Sunday 9.15 AM

  • POWERMAMA A small-group training program designed for women during and after pregnancy, focused on safe, progressive movement (indoor & outdoor). We work on core stability, pelvic floor, mobility, functional strength & fitness. Babies are very welcome to join (no workouts with them though).

  • HYBRID classes are designed to help you prepare for hybrid racing. HYBRID STRENGTH & TECHNIQUE will build strength with heavy lunges and squats, and improve your technique for rowing, skiing, running, and wall balls. WODs focus on intense intervals. HYBRID ENGINE will build muscle endurance and power with sled push & pull and sprints. WODs consist of 45+ minutes of race simulations with 50+ reps of each movement. RUN CLUB: Tuesdays are for intervals and Fridays an easy 5km loop round Thao Dien. A complimetary class coached by a Hyrox World Championships athlete to boost your race performance.
