HYROX is a global fitness race that combines 8km of running with 8 functional workout stations — always in the same order, always the same movements. Think ski erg, sled push, burpee broad jumps, wall balls, and rowing.

 

The goal is simple: complete the race as fast as possible. It's open to all fitness levels, and unlike traditional obstacle races, the format never changes — which means you can directly compare your time with anyone in the world.

 

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a constantly varied, high-intensity functional fitness program. Every day is different — one day you're lifting heavy, the next you're doing gymnastics or a long aerobic workout. The goal is broad, general fitness: to be good at everything.
